The talks will be held at Masaryk University, which is a short walk---and shorter tram ride---from the city centre.
Brno should be easily accessible by rail from anywhere in the Central European region. The main station, Brno hlavní nádraží (or, more simply, Brno hl.n.) is just south of the city centre. Private companies Regiojet (bus, rail) and FlixBus (bus) may also be convenient options.
The city is extremely walkable with an excellent public transit system. Once you have arrived, you should have no difficulty getting around!
